We are proud to present Labaton Keller Sucharow’s 2024 Year in Review, reflecting a year of key successes and meaningful impact.  Throughout 2024, we strengthened our commitment to our clients, community, and the legal industry, marking several important milestones that reflect our ongoing growth and success.

A key highlight of 2024 was our name change, a decision driven by the vision and leadership of our Chairman, Christopher J. Keller.  This change reflects our ongoing evolution and commitment to excellence in litigation.  Chris’ strategic direction has been instrumental in propelling the Firm forward, and this rebranding solidifies our identity as a dynamic, forward-thinking leader in the legal field.  We are also thrilled to continue expanding our global presence, with our new London office becoming a key hub in serving international clients and strengthening our position as a leading force in complex litigation.

Additionally, we welcomed Lauren A. Ormsbee as a Partner and Securities Litigation Team Leader and Jamie Hanley as Partner-in-Charge of London, further strengthening our team's expertise and leadership.

We have achieved notable settlements this year against Uber ($200 million), Warner Bros. Discovery ($125 million), Alexion Pharmaceuticals ($125 million), Walmart ($123 million plus corporate governance reforms), and Pattern Energy Group ($100 million), among others.  In addition, the Firm also overcame a motion to dismiss in a monster suit against Boeing, one of the world's largest aerospace companies, over alleged poor quality control standards in the production of commercial airplanes.
