John Vielandi researches, analyzes, and assesses potential new shareholder litigations with a focus on breaches of fiduciary duty and mergers and acquisitions.  John has successfully prosecuted cases against Pattern Energy Group Inc., QAD Inc., Coty Inc., Guess, Inc., Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Versum Materials, Inc., Stamps.com Inc., and Expedia Group, Inc., among others.

Joseph N. Cotilletta focuses his practice on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional and individual investors.  He also represents investors in corporate governance and transactional matters, including class action and derivative litigation.  Joe served on the team that secured the historic $1 billion cash settlement three weeks before trial in In re Dell Technologies Inc. Class V Stockholders Litigation, the largest shareholder settlement ever in any state court in America and the 17th largest shareholder settlement of all time in federal and state court.  The National Law Journal recognized him among its “Elite Trial Lawyers.”
