Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP is pleased to announce that Jesse L. Jensen will be joining the Firm’s New York office as a Partner in the Securities Litigation Practice Group.

Jesse’s practice will focus on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of the Firm’s institutional investor clients.  He brings extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, from investigation through trial, and will play an active role in advancing the Firm’s most significant securities matters.

Prior to joining Labaton Keller Sucharow, Jesse was a Partner at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, where he was an integral part of the litigation teams in numerous major actions that recovered over $1 billion dollars lost from alleged corporate fraud and misconduct, including In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation ($450 million recovery), In re Wilmington Trust Securities Litigation ($210 million recovery), Lord Abbett Affiliated Fund, Inc. v. Navient Corp. ($35 million recovery), and In re Synchrony Financial Securities Litigation ($34 million recovery), among others.  Earlier in his career, Jesse was an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where he specialized in audit and accounting liability issues.

Jesse is a graduate of New York University School of Law where he served as Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Business.
