On January 18, 2023, Partner Mark D. Richardson will be speaking on a panel entitled “Preliminary Injunctions, TROs, and More: A Comparative Analysis of the New York Commercial Division and Delaware Chancery Court” at NYSBA’s 2023 Commercial and Federal Litigation Section Annual Meeting.

This panel will present a comparative analysis of practice in the Delaware Chancery Court and the New York State Commercial Division, with an emphasis on preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders.

The objective of this panel is to educate practitioners regarding the similarities and differences with regard to preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders in Delaware Chancery Court and the New York State Commercial Division.

The panel will address topics such as context of use, standards, expedited discovery, remedies, appeals of PI/TRO, and best practices.
