The National Law Journal’s “Elite Trial Lawyers” named Labaton Keller Sucharow a finalist in the Plaintiff's Firm of the Year, Consumer Protection, Securities Litigation and Shareholder Rights, and Diversity Initiative categories for its outstanding plaintiffs-side legal work and applying innovative approaches to litigation.  Partner Jake Bissell-Linsk and Of Counsel Melissa H. Nafash were also named Rising Stars of the Plaintiffs Bar.

These awards recognize law firms’ outstanding plaintiffs work in a high-stakes bench or jury trial or in a major settlement as well as the hard work of the attorneys.  Firms must have shown innovative approaches to case resolution.

The winners will be announced in New York on July 13, 2023.
