National plaintiffs’ law firm Labaton Keller Sucharow is pleased to announce it has elected two new Of Counsel, effective January 1, 2022.
The newly appointed Of Counsel are:
Jake Bissell-Linsk focuses his practice on securities fraud class actions, including federal securities claims arising out of "going private" transactions. He is actively prosecuting actions against AT&T and Nielsen, among others, and engaged in prosecuting claims involving international investigations extending to jurisdictions such as China, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and Europe.
James T. Christie focuses on prosecuting complex securities fraud cases on behalf of institutional investors. He is currently involved in litigating cases against major U.S. and non-U.S. corporations, such as Alexion Pharmaceuticals, GoGo, Kodak, 2U, Precision Castparts, Flex, CannTrust Holdings, iQIYI, and Weatherford International. James has been recognized as a "Rising Star of the Plaintiffs Bar" by TheNational Law Journal Elite Trial Lawyers. He also serves as Assistant General Counsel of the Firm.
