Irina's path to the plaintiffs' bar was inspired by her early work protecting vulnerable populations from securities fraud. "There was one big fraud case involving an investment scheme against Vietnamese immigrants that really resonated with me, because I have a background as an immigrant to the United States . . . [and I know] how vulnerable those kinds of communities can be," she recalls.
