The National Law Journal interviewed Partner Carol C. Villegas about litigating against Flo Health over alleged misuse of personal data about their users' menstrual cycles amid the current abortion debate, which might give the app a different kind of relevance.

"I’m not sure people realize the implications of these apps when they started using them, but I think that now with everything what’s going on, there needs to be a heightened awareness about the type of information you are sharing in these apps," Carol says.
