The National Law Journal spoke to Partner James Christie about the prospective integration of generative AI in plaintiffs firms' work processes in an article titled "Plaintiffs Firms Can't Ignore Efficiency Prospects of Generative AI."

"Each time we’re appointed lead plaintiff in a case, it means we’ll be spending a significant amount of time developing a theory of a case and going through due diligence," Christie said.  Securities litigation, particularly, “is a very data-driven process and AI can help us sift through that information.”
