Tianyi Lu is an Associate in the New York office of Labaton Keller Sucharow. She focuses her practice on representing investors in corporate governance and transactional matters, including class action and derivative litigation.
Tianyi started at Labaton Keller Sucharow as a Summer Associate and served as a Law Clerk. Previously, she was a Mediation Office Intern in the United States Southern District Court of New York.
Tianyi has extensive pro bono experience working with the Queens District Attorney's Office and is the recipient of Fordham Law School's Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
Tianyi earned her Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law where she was the Managing Editor for the Fordham Environmental Law Review and a competitor and staff member of the Moot Court Board. Tianyi was a finalist at the I. Maurice Wormser Corporate Law Competition and a quarterfinalist at the Robert F. Wagner Employment Law Competition. She received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Barnard College.
Tianyi is fluent in Mandarin and has a working proficiency of German.
