For example, we secured noteworthy victories in cases against insurance giant AIG (more than $1 billion), healthcare provider HealthSouth ($671 million), pharmaceutical conglomerate Schering-Plough ($473 million), comprehensive waste management company Waste Management ($457 million), and energy utility SCANA ($192.5 million). The Firm also recently secured victories on behalf of investors against Alexion Pharmaceuticals ($125 million), Allstate ($90 million), and Nielsen Holdings ($73M).
